A Sofa That Encourages You To Lose Things Between the Cushions | dtail™ - dtail2design
This is such a clever idea to turn an annoyance in to a smart function. Instead of losing things between the couch’s cushions, it’s designed to serve as a storage space. Brilliant
Something Designed By Karim Rashid That We Actually Love | Co.Design: business innovation design

Funny enough, for me it was the other way round: when I first got exposed to Rashid’s work, I really did not like it. Only now that I read one of his books (Design your self), and exposed myself to a variety of designers from a multitude of disciplines have I discovered his work and philosophy for myself.
I love this sofa, and I believe it is a great play on optical tricks, just as mentioned in the article
Typeverything.com - Chocolate Magic for HARBOUR CITY by AllRightsReserved.
It might be a general chocolate-craziness I am sensing, but this picture totally struck me as a wonderful art piece
Trap That Tail! | dtail™ - dtail2design
Not only are these incredibly cute, but they also are highly functional and I would love any help I can get with this annoying cable mess
The Future Belongs to the Curious (by Skillshare)

This is one of the best advertising against nuclear power and pro renewable energy that I have seen in a long time. I hope it fulfills its purpose.
Top 48 ads that would never be allowed today » OWNI.eu, News, Augmented
This article features a collection of ads that would (hopefully) not be allowed anymore today. It includes a couple of pretty sexist statements, babies promoting tobacco and a lot of racism. I found it interesting to skim through these and look at the change of values in society. But then again, did the values really change or did we just get better at making it less obvious?
Student Spotlight: æ - Honoring The Forgotten Women of Type History - The Dieline: The World's #1 Package Design Website -

Typography-inspired jewelry? I love the concept behind these, based on the intimate relation between a type designer and that special women he dedicated the typeface too (or who inspired the typeface). I wish my type design was good enough to be dedicated to somebody, without insulting that person ;)
Puxxle | Lovely Package
Pixel puzzles. I mean, how cool can nostalgia be (in a sense, that I don’t really do puzzles anymore, although I am sure it is not something people don’t to today anymore)?
